Obligations of Scholarship Winner

The scholarship winner is asked to keep Lee and Debbie Adcox informed of her progress in college by sending:

1) A letter of acceptance and thanks to Lee and Debbie Adcox after the scholarship award, at least by June 1.
2) A letter indicating the well-being, progress and grades of the scholarship recipient after each of her first 2 semesters. A letter should be sent by February 1 following the 1st semester of college and by July 1 following the 2nd semester of college.
