Application
A completed application must be received by April 30th, which includes the following:
1) A completed application form. (Please list two references here.)
2) An official high school transcript including ACT or SAT scores.
3) A one page essay that addresses the topic "The obstacle I have overcome to succeed in my sport."
4) One additional letter of reference from a teacher or community member.
Applications should be submitted to Lee and Debbie Adcox. The Stephanie Boyd Memorial Scholarship Board of Trustees will choose the winner who will be announced at their Senior Awards Day Ceremony.
