Obligations of Scholarship Winner

The scholarship winner is asked to keep Lee and Debbie Adcox informed of her progress in college by sending:

1) A letter of acceptance and thanks to Lee and Debbie Adcox after the scholarship award, at least by June 1st.

2) A letter indicating the well-being, progress and grades of the scholarship recipient after each of her first 2 semesters. A letter should be sent by February 1 following the 1st semester of college and by July 1 following the 2nd semester of college.

Stephanie felt a true dedication and commitment to always do her best whether it was on the soccer field or in her classes at school.

She considered it an honor to have the privilege of playing soccer for Huntsville High School and being a member of the graduating Class of 2005.
